    Hi Jeff,

    Yes it does. Essentially KR sends link training sequences and the redriver such as DS125BR820 needs to have a good linearity to pass this link training sequences. There are other devices for KR applications as well: DS100KR401, DS160BR410, and other linear equalizers.
