DS80PCI402: VOD SPEC when VID=1.2Vp-p

Hi team,

My customer is using VID=1.2Vp-p for application

Based on Datasheet, VOD should be 0.8-1.2Vp-p when VID=1.0Vp-p.

What is the VOD SPEC when VID=1.2Vp-p?

Or could we say VOD's SPEC is same as datasheet when VID=1.2Vp-p?

Hi Tommy,

VID of 1.2V is within the device specification. With VID of 1.2V, VOD has not been characterized. With VID of 1.2V, what is the customer measurement result?

Hi Nasser,

Please see the attachment excel, usually they see about 1.3V VOD on application when setting VID=1.2V

Hi Tommy,

As noted earlier, VID of 1.2V has not been characterized. Given a typical value of 1.2V VID and 1.3V VOD, we expect to see a variation of 1V to 1.4V across parts and temperature.
