I'm starting "configuration with the following steps.
However, in rare cases, TPS25750DRJKR cannot be started properly(I2C can’t communicate so can’t configure) at our customer board.
*Then, TPS25750DRJKR and MCU supply voltage are stable.
Step1: Power supply from Battery to TPS25750DRJKR(VIN_3V3=3.3V)
Step2: VBUS=12V is connected to TPS25750DRJKR
Step3: Configuration from external MCU by I2C but I2C can’t communicate(Time out error by NAK)
If we tried the following steps, I2C can communicate always.
-Step1-> Step3-> Step2
-Step2-> Step1-> Step3
Next, they tried to confirm USB-PD-CHG-EVM-01.
At the result, they was able to confirm the same behavior(I2C can’t communicate).
(By the way, incidence is higher than our customer board.)
Then, TPS25750DRJKR and MCU supply voltage are stable and there were no other abnormalities.
Therefore, they are worried if there is a problem with the content of configuration.
Could you please let us know the suitable or recommended setting if you have any information?
