Hi Team,

Customer is consulting the guides of how to put AC capacitor location for our TUSB551RWBR? Should this AC capacitor be placed as near as the TX side in below screenshot marked by number 1/2/3?

If we have PCB layout guide file, that would be better. Thanks,

Hi Stanley,

It is best to place the AC coupling caps close to the connector and closer to the high speed receiver pins in order to minimize reflections.
