Hello,

I want to drive 5"-7" LCD TFT screens. Do you have a suitable integration where I can do this? What do you think I should use? I will do mass production. I am waiting for your good integrated suggestions to avoid stock shortages and get quick results. I will also be using a touchscreen. I would be more pleased if there is only one integrated that does both. Thank you for your interest.

Hello,

TPS65150 and TPS65140 should work well for this LCD application. Please review the datasheets for these devices which are available online.

Hello,

I need an IC to drive a 40 pin TFT LCD. I was using FT813. I would like to find an alternative product to this as I have a shortage of stock. I would like to welcome your comments and suggestions on this matter.

Hello,

I reviewed the datasheet for FT813 which is a graphics controller and we do not have a similar device in our portfolio.. Most of our devices are LCD bias power supplies with few LCD controllers like MM5452/MM5453 (datasheet available online) but these are very different from FT813.
