What is the slave address for the LM8330? Datasheet shows the 7-bit as 0x88.
This does not make sense for a 7-bit address.

Thanks for reaching out. You are correct that 0x88 is 8-bit. This appears to be a typo in this data sheet. I've noted it and we will look to getting it fixed when the data sheet is updated.
Based on the user guide for the LM8330EVM, it looks like the actual 7-bit address is 0x44, or 10001002. If you'd like to check, I found this beginning at Figure 3-3 in the user guide.

Still a bit unclear ... 0x44 would be 100 0100 hex.
Are you saying the READ address would be 100 0100 (1) and the WRITE address would be 100 0100 (0) with the R/W bit included?

Yes, the 7-bit address would be 10001002 (binary) or 0x44 (hexadecimal). The R/W bit follows this 7-bit address.
