TPS25821: Unable to output normally

Hi team,

I help customer to ask a question.

"Test three pieces of bad output
The first piece of output is not normal in less than one second
The second piece has no output
The output of the third piece is only 2V
After yesterday's 3psc bad test, after taking 2pcs new material test, the output is not normal.
The bad test situation is already in the video, very anxious, please write back as soon as possible.
Tell the reason and result of the abnormal output
Bad test is already in the video.

Zhonghui,

What board is under test here here? I am not following what is the experiment that is showing bad test. My take here would be that there is overcurrent draw maybe.

Zonghui,

The video seems to have been removed from the stream.

If you have a PD analyzer, it would be very helpful to see what is happening on the CC communication during the fail, but if not, then can you get us a scope capture of the CC1/CC2 and VBUS lines during the test so we can debug the issue?
