Dear Sirs,

As datasheet, there are default setting of TPS65987D on page43.

Is it possible to use TPS65987D default setting profile without external flash or EEPROM?

Hi Peter,

Yes the default configurations can be set via the ADCIN pins. Please see the bootstrapping section 8.4 for detailed information on how to set to one of those configurations.
