Question: The thickness of Pd has been changed from 0.02µm as described in the previous version to 0.01µm. Are there any changes to the plating specifications?
And when did it change?

Hello,

The minimum Palladium (Pd) target thickness has always been 0.01um. Nothing has changed from previous versions. I am unsure where you received information concerning 0.02um. Could you provide more feedback on where you acquired this information?
