DS125BR111: thermal pad size and shape

Hi there,

I want to know what's the size and shape of thermal pad for the two devices below.

1. DS125BR111RTWR 

2. DS80PCI102SQ/NOPB 

they are both RTW package drawing, however it is said the size and shape of the thermal pad is shown on a separate sheet, please share the information to me, thanks.
