EEPROM Selection

Hi Experts,

Good day. Hope this is the right forum I am posting this query from a valued client.

They are looking for an EEPROM part having 8-address lines and 8-data lines. It should have parallel bus interface. Access time must be less than 50ns, with 5V TTL logic.

Can you help us with this selection?

Hi Archie,

I'm afraid we don't have much in the way of memory devices. We have some serial memory (FIFO) registers, and some programmable logic devices, but I don't think there's a good solution for this. Generally speaking, TI just isn't in the memory business.
