Hello,

We have stock of PN DS26F32ME/883 with a Date Code of H9B0913F. I am looking for some clarification on the "H9B" prefix on this date code and what this refers to?

    Hi David,

    This datecode is in the old National Semiconductor format.  TI acquired National in 2011.

    The first letter is the assembly site.  H = Philippines

    The next two characters are the year and quarter the wafer lot came out of the fab and was tested at die level.   The decade is not specified.  9 could be either 1999 or 2009.

    B = Q2.

    More details should be available on the C of C that came with the material.
