I need your help. The TCA9555 datasheet only has the IC dimension information of TCA9555DBT. No PCB footprint information for TCA9555DBT. Do you have the PCB Footprint information of TCA9555DBT?

TI does not have PCB footprint information available for TCA9555DBT. The best advice we can offer is to base the footprint off the dimensions of the mechanical drawing on pg. 48 of the datasheet:
