TUSB8020B: about layout guide of the datesheet, swap the polarity of the SS differential

 HI:

 # 11.1.3  Differential Pairs   #

【To ease routing, the polarity of the SS differential pairs can be swapped. This means that SSTXP can be

routed to SSTXM or SSRXM can be routed to SSRXP.】

 above is the datesheet shows. does it meas  i can connect the sstxp of the TUSB8020B  to sstxm of the USB connector?

and  if i do this , Do I need to do any other settings?  for example ,seting register, pullup or pulldown specific pins.

is the TUSB8020 can adaptation  automatic。i just want to use  it defeat setting to achieve USB HUB function.

    Hello,

    Yes, the swapping of differential pairs is supported automatically by USB 3.x.  Please note that SSTXP and SSTXM can be swapped with each other, but not any of the SSRX signals.  Also, SSRXP and SSRXM can be swapped with each other, but not SSTX.
