TUSB6250: sometimes saw "code10 error"

Hi TI Team,

My customer designed compact flash card application with TUSB6250.
He has proceeded insertion / extraction test and reboot test with their board and Windows10 machine, however sometimes saw "code10 error".

Do you have same experience with TUSB6250?
We haven't decided if the issue is caused by TUSB6250 but would like to know just  in case.

    Hi Yaita,

    Are they using the CF firmware for the TUSB6250?  We don't have any previous reports of this error, but there have not been many recent CF applications with the TUSB6250.  If the problem persists, please provide more information on repeatability and if it is related to a specific CF card.

    Yes, They are using CF firmware for the TUSB6250.


    Repeatability of the error are the following.
    I heard it depends on the version of USBSOTR.SYS.

    - insertion / extraction test:
     LTSB: 7/30
     LTSC: 0/30 (error doesn't occur)
     
    - reboot test:
    LTSB: no data
    LTSC: 2/1000

    I also heard the issue isn't related to a specific CF card.

    Can they provide any debug information like USB protocol trace or ATA protocol trace or even WireShark info from the host?
