What resistors are installed here?

What is the behavior on the upstream DP/DM lines when the USB host is connected?

We use for mode selection we have removed R59, R67& R68 so we configure mode as

1. PortPWR(41): 3.3V
2. GANGED(8): 3.3V
3. MODe(48): GND

DP: High, DM:Low & Suspend pin Low

Does power to the downstream ports turn on?  Can you share a screenshot of what is reported on the host?  Can you provide a scope plot of the DP/DM behavior on the upstream port?  Try triggering on the DP going low.

No Power to DownStream Port Turn ON, All LED are OFF (D8-D14).

below are Wave form of Power Line, Reset DP DM of Upstream Port

CH1: Power,
CH2: reset
D2: DM
D3: DP

Does the clock ever start running?  Even for a short time?

No, Oscillator Pin its show 1.8Volt

Hello Sushant,

It is a possible assembly issue.  The host sees the pullup from the TUSB2077A device correctly and attempts to reset it and enumerate it, the hub should respond if powered and crystal is attached.

I have check the assembly there is no problem found.

We use below crystal for oscillator.

this crystal is ok or need to change.

because i have seen that oscillator is not oscillating it show 1.8V constant voltage on scope.

Can you try using a clock source to check if the hub will work with a 48MHz oscillator?
