Hi team,

When changing FORCEOFF from HIGH to LOW, how long does it take to ensure the output is HIGH-Z?

Also, when changing FORCEOFF from LOW to HIGH, how long does it take to ensure the output is released?

200 ns. This is specified as the output enable/disable time.

Hi Kurumi,

I agree with what Clemens stated. Output enable/disable timing is directly related to the timing of toggling /FORCEOFF to effect output voltage / ensure HIGH-Z output. T-enable = T-disable = 200ns. See figure 4 of the datasheet.
