Hi Support Team.

In the Qualification Summary, the results of ESD-HBM and CDM are described as "See data sheet".
However, the datasheet does not show the results of ESD.

Please tell me ESD data (HBM data , CDM data) of SN75176BPSR.

Hi Yutaro,

I reviewed the datasheet and was unable to find this section for ESD-HBM and CDM. I checked over some qualification summaries from many years ago, and was unable to find ESD testing information. I know this post doesn't have the exact part number, but you can review the ESD information in the post below. It has ESD information for WSON, SOIC, HBM and CDM data.

Seeing that the ESD protection has since improved, I suggest replacing this device with THVD1550 which has much better internal ESD protection.
