Which of the following four leadframe materials is supported by TCA9517DGKR in the above test?

(Cu194, Cu7025, TAMAC2, and TAMAC4)

Hayashi-san,

The leadframe finish is NiPdAuAg and the plating material is Cu, but I can't find if it is CU194 or Cu7025. I can try and find this out, but what is the need for this information?

Dear Mr. Eric,

When I contacted the customer with the table below, they asked me to tell me the composition of Lead Frame just in case.

Hayashi-san,

The results are the same regardless of the material according to that table, so I'm a bit confused as to why they need to know the material.
