Hello!

I am wondering what conditions can trigger a register reset.

  • Looking at the timing diagram and PDB section, it sounds like the registers will reset if PDB is pulled low but it isnt specified if there is a low voltage on VDD18 that will trigger a reset.
  • Is is just if VDD18 goes outside recommended operating conditions you can trigger a register reset or have issues?

    Hello Kevin,

    VDD18 should not go outside of the recommended min/max operating conditions range while the device is powered up. If there is a glitch or something which pulls the rail low or to half voltage or anything outside of the recommended operating specs this does not trigger a POR and we can not guarantee the device behavior after that until it is powered off and back on again.
