Can I update the winusb version from TivaWare_C_Series-2.2.0.295?

Current situation:
1. Only some PCs can communicate with the device through TivaWare_C_Series-2.2.0.295.
2. While looking for the cause of the problem, when WinUsb_WritePipe is executed on the code, it is confirmed that a crush occurs (Error is not output on the screen).

3. For the above reasons, I want to solve the cause by updating the version of WinUSB (using the zadig program).

Questions:
1. Will updating the WinUSB driver installed through TivaWare_C_Series-2.2.0.295 work normally?

2. If it is possible to update, what GUID should be changed when updating the driver? (And where else do I check it?)

Hello Lee,

Unfortunately while I am a USB expert for our TM4C devices my knowledge of Windows drivers is rather limited. I am not certain what the result of trying to update that driver would be. Depending on what USB mode you are using, maybe I can offer some ideas regarding our USB library.

I don't understand why you answered about VID/PID.
Currently, the communication I'm trying is USB BULK communication.

When we run the release file we created with administrator privileges or turn off many security settings, we have confirmed that USB BULK communication is possible.
I don't know the exact reason, but I think it's a Window's security-related problem.
