DP83TD510E: Does Strap2 do anything if you are strapped for MII mode?

Hello,

It's not clear to me from the datasheet whether Strap2 needs to be set high if you are in MII mode - or if it is a don't care.  In MII mode you need RX_DV but is that guaranteed if you are in MII mode?
