I would like to confirm if it is OK to power up VDDI2C before VDDIO/18/11 ramp up?

Is there a leakage path?

Hi Shinji-san,

If you power the VDDI2C with external source before our device power rail, you will get back drive. Yes, you will get leakage.

The leakage will path through 4.7kohm pull up resistor to SDA/SCL pin, right?

Could you advise where is the leakage path?

Is there any concern for UH947's proper power up and normal operation?

Hi Shinji-san,

Yes. The leakage path goes through the pull-up resistor.
