Hi,

Both the TUSB1046A and the TUSB1064 are being used in the USB Type-C system, The TUSB1046A is being used on the source side and the TUSB1064 is being in the sink side. You can see this white paper for more infomation, https://www.ti.com/lit/wp/slyy109a/slyy109a.pdf.
