DP83867CR: Connecting to a RJ45 connector

Part Number: DP83867CR
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-00928

I am making a design change and I need some assistance. Currently, DP83867CR PHY is connected point-to-point to another MAC-PHY through an isolation transformer.

Here the relevant PHY signals

and how they are connected to the transformer (left side).

Here how I intend to connect to the  RJ45 (100 BASE-TX):

Is the above correct? One of the thinks that are confusing to me is the pinout of RJ45 connector, I am not entirely sure pins 1 and 2 correspond to the RX channel and 3 and 6 to the TX channel, or the other way round, so I would appreciate some guidance on this.

Thanks in advance.
