Could you help to suggest the array TVS with AEC-Q200  and  p2p with TPD4E004DRYR?

    Hi Denny,

    I'm assuming you mean AEC-Q101. AEC-Q200 is for passive components like capacitors and inductors. 

    Unfortunately, we currently do not have any AEC-Q101 parts in the DRY package. However, if you can use a non-p2p device, TPD4E001-Q1 is a 4-channel 5.5 V device just like TPD4E004 and is AEC-Q101 qualified.
