Hi Team,
Our customer is developing a product and is looking for advice on what TI device to use.
The customer needs a pre-process IC the hardware reduce the resolution like VGA (or similar) from 4K and then send the image from pixel such as 320x240 to the surrounding RGBW LEDs before sending it to the TV as OUTPUT HDMI.

Can you help us with this?
