TL16C2552: TL16C2552IFN vs TL16C2552FN

Part Number: TL16C2552

Dear Technical Support Team,

Is it only the temperature range of TL16C2552IFN and TL16C2552FN?
For example, is there a difference in power consumption, etc.?
Since the data sheet is the same for I and C products, are the characteristics exactly the same?

Best Regards,

ttd

  • Yes, the "I" indicates the wider temperature range.

Under the same conditions, the electrical characteristics are the same. (At higher temperatures, leakage currents will be higher.)

  • Hi ttd,

Only difference for "I" variant is wider temperature range -40C to 85C. Electrical characteristics are the same given same operating conditions. I agree with Clemens statement. Higher temperatures will decrease voltage threshold of transistors, increasing leakage current.

    Regards,
