TPS25750: TPS25750 can work with MCP2221..?

Hello TI,

             TPS25750 can work with MCP2221..?, i planning to use ADM00559 module to integrate TPS25750 with TI TPS25750 graphical user interface (GUI)

I check with EV2400 but com port not going to detect for it ..?
