You should be able to access this model shortly. You are going to receive email with instructions for downloading these files. You can send me a friend request and provide more information regarding this customer application. Also, you can send us this customer's email so they can have direct access to these models as well.

There have another one question.

My customer feedback the SI model some setting is wrong, didn't meet PCIE5 BER(1E-12) specification, detail as below figure.

Would you me please help on this?

1). Jay has access to the DS320PR810 design documents including IBIS-AMI models.

2). Please let's discuss these with TI FAE since these models are released under NDA and we cannot discuss these on E2E forum. Your TI FAE should be able to directly contact me.
