    Hi Jimmy,

    This competitor device is a highly integrated SBC with a CAN driver, SPI interface, and multiple LDO outputs. We have a similar device to this currently in development (Will not be P2P, I will send you some info offline), but for now I can only recommend a multi-chip solution. The main CAN device in this would be something like the TCAN1162x for CAN transceiver with integrated LDO or the TCAN1167 (same family) which also offers a SPI interface. The final LDO would need to be a seperate IC.
