Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN65DSI86, TEST2
Hi
I have created a custom board and am trying to display a test pattern on a FHD monitor.
However, even after setting each register, the monitor does not respond and remains in black screen mode.
For the SN65DSI86-Q1 configuration script, I entered the EDID information of the monitor into the attached Excel file and generated a No ASSR Script.
I checked the debug register and found that
0xF8 : 0x02
I have confirmed that LT_FAIL is occurring.
A text file dumped from 0x00 to 0xFF is attached.
I have two questions.
1.
I am currently in the Hi-Z state with no input from DSI.
Does this have anything to do with the LT_FAIL?
2.
Iis it more likely to be an SI problem with the custom board, as described in the guide?
Is there any other way to reduce the data rate and the number of lanes, and also access the registers 0xB0 - 0xC3 and set the parameters?
Best Regards
Naoki
