1. If my requirement is 1DP in/ 2DP output, may I follow below figure to draw schematic?

If yes, can you share a full schematic for us?

2. And about the function table, about my requirement, should I use last two setting or others?

Please help to provide your recommendations for us.

We do not have a full DP implementation schematic, but I can review your schematic once it is completed.
