DP83825I: RMII Slave default output timing

Hello experts,

I have question about default max value for RMII slave output timing.
In datasheet P9 table, there is only min value for RMII Slave TIMING (100M) T2 : 4ns.
But from below note (2), the default max value seems to be 7.5ns. Is it correct understanding?

    Hi Akashi-san,

    For T2, the only specification listed is a minimum of 4ns. As the period is 20ns, this means that a positive clock cycle is 10ns. With the 4ns setup and 2ns hold, that leaves another 4ns that can be allocated as customer would like to either the setup or hold time.

    I understand we will follow minimum 4ns for setup time(T2).

    So, what is the meaning of 7.5ns in Note(2)?
    In default, setup time is about 7.5ns and hold time is about 2.5ns?
