Without 3.3V output pin R will not be functional. Without 1.8V the part is powered down and non-functional (inputs disabled). For proper device operation it is recommended that VCC should be powered up first and then VDD or VCC applied at the same time as VDD (VCC and VDD tied together). It is also recommended that VCC should be equal to or less than VDD as shown in Table 3.

Hello Malik,

does any of the scenario mentioned below lead to a device damage?

• 3.3V is missing, but 1.8V is supplied
• 1.8V is missing, but 3.3V is supplied.
• 1.8V is missing, 3.3V is supplied but LVDS signals are present at the input.

1) Damage not expected.

2) Damage not expected.

3) Damage is likely as this can violate the ads max specs of the device. .
