I have a customer looking for a fast charging solution, their system requirement is 180W@6A.

I came across this reference design https://www.ti.com/tool/USB-PD-CHG-EVM-01 and would like to check if this design is able to meet the requirement.

Is there any alternative for such requirement?

Hi Ernest,

Is 180W@6A total system requirement? Hope its not per port requirement, 100W is the max power allowed as per PD spec.

Yes, 180W@6A is the total system requirement. Is it possible to achieve 180W using dual channel combined? Could you kindly provide some guidance or resources for such system design?
