Please see section 7.4.5 LVDS Output Formats of the DSI85 datasheet. It depends on whether the LCD panel can support the lane swapped output format.

Hello David-san,

The customer is asking if only the data lines in the SN65DSI85ZQER can be changed.

As you can see, the inputs and outputs are the same number and are connected to different lanes.

If some processing is being done in the SN65DSI85 in the order of the Data Lanes, then it would not be a good idea to swap the order of the Data Lanes, would it?

As long as the input data lane order matches with the output data lane order, then I don't see this as an issue.
