CLC020: Issue with serializing ITU-R BT.656 to SMPTE

Hello,

I'm working on a converter PAL to SD-SDI with a ADV7881D from Analog which provides a 10 bits parallel bus video at ITU-R BT-656 format.
When the clock (27Mhz) is connected, the PLL of the CLC020 locks fine and I can use the embedded pattern generator and see the output on my analyser.
when I connect the bus to the CLC020, the pll locks / unlocks at high rates and my SDI analyser connected on the output says "no signal".
I have no clue about what's going on. Can you please confirme the capabilities of the CLC202 for this purpose ?

Hi Oliver,

There could be either electrical or SDI video framing incompatibility. First please check the output to make sure electrically you do not observe any issue. You can use a SDI video analyzer for this purpose. I have not heard from other customer regarding this issue.
