TUSB212: Query on TUSB212IRWBR EQ Settings based on trace length

HI ,

We are using TI USB Redriver part TUSB212IRWBR in our reference design. 

We wanted to know what should be EQ (AC Boost) Setting in our design based on our trace length.

In our board Layout this Redriver is placed approx 265mm from SOC. And between Redriver to USB Type A connector , we have 15mm trace length.

So we wanted to have clarify AC Boost EQ pin resister value based on our trace length. Also review the schematic snippet.

We are not using DC Boost ,, Basically it is a test point in our design.

    HI, 

    You should leave DC Boost resistor options in case you want to support long cable applications. EQ will depend on the board layout and tuning may be need during compliance testing, based on your comment EQ can be set to Level 1.
