Need the more details for MAC to PHY interface details

Presently iam working in the ethernet interface i have hard time to understand the MAC to PHY interface. Iam looking for 2.5Gbps Ethernet PHY interface to the MAC i came across the SGMII, SGMII+, HSGMII,USGMII, USXGMII interfaces. Could you provide the information like Who is setting the standards for above listed interface & necessary links to understand above interfaces.

Thankyou for the reply.

I have gone through the online and i got the information about SGMII, USGMII & USXGMII interfaces these interfaces specifications are set by the Cisco and i got the spec documents as well.

According to Cisco SGMII standard spec document one can achieve the 1Gbps as Maximum.

But in some QUALCOMM networks SOCs are using the SGMII+ interface and some Broadcom SOCs are using the HSGMII interfaces for the 2.5GBps Ethernet interface.

Please provide the information about the 2.5Gbps SGMII standard specification set authority details.

It could be really help if you could provide the 2.5Gbps SGMII specification document.
