Hi Expert,

In 960 datasheet, the power sequence is as below. I would like to know, the hard reset for PDB is necessary or not? Thanks a lot for help!

    Hi Elec,

    The hard reset is not necessary for normal operation. Once PDB is pulled HIGH, according to the Power-Up Sequence, it can remain HIGH. The brief moment PDB goes LOW (circled red in the figure) is just meant to demonstrate the timing needed to bring PDB LOW and thus trigger a hard reset.
