It would be better if there is support for TX_CLK fixed phase

Hi Gareth,

Yes, the 826E support the EtherCAT. Please make sure to follow the pin configuration on 826E since it was different from 822. There is also an appnote on 826E on EtherCAT application:

Dp83826E only support copper did not support fiber.
