Installation interface systematically rejects my credentials, complaining about the format

I am trying to install the CAdence for TI, but I keep on getting the following message "access keys is not in the expected format. please go to e2e.ti.com for further assistance"

Hi Alvaro,

Please make sure the access key format is identical to what is provided in the email from TI, including hyphens. I get it now, it is not my credentials that the installer is asking for, but the access key provided by email. I had been entering the password I had set up for myTI, which is obviously never going to work. Consider this fixed. If I try with the access key and it does not work, I will update the thread.
