Please make sure the access key format is identical to what is provided in the email from TI, including hyphens. I get it now, it is not my credentials that the installer is asking for, but the access key provided by email. I had been entering the password I had set up for myTI, which is obviously never going to work. Consider this fixed. If I try with the access key and it does not work, I will update the thread.
