TUSB8042A USB compliance test fail downstream Rx test

In the USB compliance test of TUSB8042A, we got the following error message.

Progre 5G Rx Compliance Test:Step0-SJ for quency=50Mhz,SJ level=200mUI
Warning Loopback training failed,cannot trigger on LFPS.

What causes this error?

Can they confirm that the setup is working on another hub - upstream port connected at USB 3.0 and not resetting the port? Can they adjust the swing on the signal to enter loopback?
