TUSB564: Pin Assignment E question asking

Part Number: TUSB564
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: HD3SS460, , TPS65987

Hi team,

My customer would like to use Pin assignment E in their design. but pin assignment E need to swap AUXP/N.

So they follow below appnote to add HD3SS460 to control polarity of AUXP/N.
https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slla403a/slla403a.pdf?ts=1641490153356&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.ti.com%252Fproduct%252FTUSB564&_ticdt=MTY0NjkxODIxMXwyMTYwMzg3MjB8R0ExLjIuMTkxODc0NDM5OC4xNjQ0MjA2ODUy

but they read TUSB564 datasheet.
TUSB564 supports Pin Assignment E, and I2C (0x13) can theoretically control whether AUX needs to be exchanged. Is there a way in this part to force the setting to switch AUN P/N during Pin Assignment E through the program of TPS65987 and do the reverse again. Do they still need to use HD3SS460? my customer will support Pin assignment C and E.

Pin Assignment E   0x13[5:7]=10

Pin Assignment E Flip  0x13[5:7]=01
