Hello,

I would like to know why in the new version of datasheet TPI network cap is changed. In the older version was 1uF with 100nF in parallel. now in figure 10/2 is 2nF. Why is that?

    Hi Muffin,

    • As a part of overall BOM optimization, we reviewed the external decoupling on the TPI network and concluded that single decap of 2nF is good enough for PHY to operate. It’s not a mandatory change but more of recommendation.
