Did this product start mass production in March 2007 when the datasheet was issued?Or earlier?
One more thing, the recommended condition Iol is listed as -40mA, isn't Iol and Ioh reversed?

Hi Kenji,
This device was released to market in May 2007, the same date as the first public datasheet revision. Devices were in production slightly earlier than this date to ensure stock for the part's release, but they were not mass produced prior to this time.
You are right on the current parameters here. Generally, positive current values represent current flowing into the IC. In this case, we would expected the high-level output current Ioh to be driving current out of the device, and therefore be specified negative.
