DP83848K: no phy at addr -1

The error message suggests that no Ethernet PHY is accessible through MDC/MDIO with PHY ADDR of 1.
This can be due to misconnections of MDC/MDIO from the controller to Ethernet PHY. It can also be due to PHY using different PHY ADDR instead of 1.
It can also be due to the PHY not powered up properly.

Can you please share the board schematics for review?

According to Schematics, Address is 4..It is not getting correctly through DTS.

One more issue, cannot attach to phy...

The processor vendor/team are more suitable to answer the question on stmmac_open (error-19). Can you please check with them and let me know if it is a PHY issue and what exactly the error means?

Anyway, before connecting with them, can you please rerun by changing the PHY address to 1 and see if the second issue is also resolved?

Thanks for the confirmation. I'm assuming that changing to PHY ADDR -1 eliminated the first error. Please confirm.

For the second error, can you please check with the processor vendor?
