Hi Guenter,

The application note is referring to sections and table in the EtherCat - Hardware Data Sheet Section-I.

Please note that the table we are referring to is Table 13 and not Table 14.

I agree that the document to which we are referring is not clear. Thank you for your feedback on this. We will incorporate this feedback during our revision of the app note.
