Hi 

could you please suggest PCIe Gen3, or Gen4 Re-driver solution,

The Insertion Loss part has about three parts

1) Main board will have about 9 dB insertion loss

2) Cable has not been finalized yet, about 7dB

3) Device will be 4dB
